Operational Mechanism
Compensation: The total remuneration for the job amounts to USD $3000 (tax deductible). You will receive an advance/booking fee of $1500 upfront, with the remaining balance of USD $1500 paid immediately upon completion of the commercial shoot. FILA and Robin Hammond retain the right to utilize all commercial videos/shoots produced for their own commercial purposes for a period of one month. This arrangement will be formalized through a contractual agreement. (Advance/Booking: $3000; Upfront Payment: $1500)
Event Venue: The shooting will take place at a rented studio in your vicinity. Details of the selected studio will be communicated to you collectively.
* Time: 10 A.M. – 3 P.M.
* Nudity: Not required.
* No prior experience necessary. (Free Model Coaching available upon request).
Bonus: Complimentary lunch provided, models will receive copies of photo shoots via Dropbox or on a 2GB memory stick, and all attire, footwear, and accessories worn during the shoot will become the property of the models afterward.
We will manage your hairdo, makeup artist, and transportation arrangements. Your wardrobe/costumes will be shipped directly to you from a contracted fashion stylist. Additionally, please note that payment for your wardrobe will be handled by us. For billing purposes, your clothing measurements must be provided to the fashion stylist. This ensures customization and labeling of your costumes under your name, as per the stylist’s business terms.
Furthermore, an advance deposit/upfront payment of $1500 will be sent to you to confirm your participation in our upcoming project, aligning with our business principles. However, you won’t just receive a paycheck of $1500; an additional amount of $3,800 will be included. This extra amount is intended to cover your wardrobe/costume expenses, which you’ll then forward to the fashion stylist along with your measurements.
Actors, models, and photographers are welcome to bring a maximum of two guests of their choice, such as friends, parents, managers, spouses, or guardians, to the shoot. Arrival for auditions should not be later than 9:30 a.m. to begin makeup and attend a brief introductory session about the project. The shoot will commence by 10:15 a.m. Expect an enjoyable experience as various acting characters may be involved, reflecting the essence of the project.
